We recognise that a skills gap exists not only in South Africa, but also in the mining industry.  We invest in our people and our communities, facilitating training and development opportunities within our company, and through external institutions to ensure that our stakeholders have equitable access to employment and 

Procurement

Through our preferential procurement strategy, we work with communities in our area of operation to identify and develop new and aspirant entrepreneurs, working with them to develop a pipeline of local suppliers everywhere we work.

Community Development

We work with our clients to implement their Social and Labour plan programmes, in addition to our own social impact programmes which are linked to a prioritised needs analysis in communities.  

BROAD BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT (BB- BEE)
